BD Classes of Kick #2 The Stamp

For clarity of performance and ease of practice I divide the Chang Hon Taekwon-Do kicks into five classes. The second class is stamping or un-stamping. This method uses extension of both the knee and the hip, in a range of planes and directions, while standing, spinning, flying. I name these types of kick The Stamp.
